We recommend booking from around 20 weeks of pregnancy. Most people attend between 28–36 weeks, so you feel prepared while everything is still fresh.

Our courses are designed for expectant parents at any stage of their journey. Birth partners are encouraged to attend and play an important role throughout.

Our full antenatal course is £389, which includes four antenatal sessions , infant feeding and paediatric first aid. A two hours postnatal meet up session. All refreshments and a lunch provided on the Saturday between sessions.
