  • Attendance for two people with every booking

  • One dedicated infant feeding workshop

  • One practical paediatric first aid workshop

  • A post-birth reunion with your group (held approximately 6–8 weeks after all babies have arrived)

Course Structure

Four interactive evening antenatal sessions

  • Two Tuesday & two Thursday evenings, 6:30pm – 9:30pm

Saturday Workshop Day (A full day of practical learning, support and preparation)

  • 10:00am – 1:00pm – Infant Feeding Session

  • 1:00pm – 2:00pm – Complimentary Buffet Lunch

  • 2:00pm – 4:00pm – Paediatric First Aid Session

The Venue

Erith Yacht Club provides a calm, welcoming setting for your antenatal journey, overlooking the beautiful River Thames. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy high streets, the peaceful riverside location creates a relaxed atmosphere where you can feel comfortable, supported and able to focus on preparing for your baby. With free on-site parking and easy access, it's a practical, stress-free venue where you can learn, connect with other local parents and begin building your village.
